Meet your teacher and
Studio Owner, Kristin

A yogi for 20 years and teacher for 10, Kristin has studied, practiced, and taught in New York and Los Angeles before landing in Asheville. With experience in vinyasa, restorative, yin, breathwork, Yoga Meridian Therapy, bodywork, and Katonah Yoga™, her classes are dynamic, intentional, and always loving.

Opening this studio is her dream of a lifetime.

Your Resilience Ritual

A vinyasa-style flow class, thoughtfully sequenced by our expert teachers to build resilience, ground the nervous system, and support overall wellbeing. Expect intelligent movement, steady heat, clever theming, and full breath integration in every class.

Styles vary slightly from teacher to teacher. We encourage you to try them all and find what resonates with you, depending on what you need that day. All levels welcome.

Rad Transform

Your Reset Ritual

An active breathwork class using a three-part breath pattern to heal inflammation, clear the mind, regulate the nervous system, and expand inner vision. Delivering your Self the exact medicine it needs that day. Every experience is slightly different, and every experience is an opportunity for deep healing.

Deep, cathartic, and energetically spacious, this potent practice is best understood through experience.

Rad Restore

Your Rest Ritual

A restorative practice featuring supportive, seated postures to soothe your nervous system and give your body space to truly heal and rest. Supported by props, calming music, and the gift of time, there's no rush in Restore. There is only space to disconnect so you can reconnect to your Self.

Grounding and deeply replenishing, this is the ideal weekly reset.
